  • We have been so inspired by the stories of transformation we’ve seen and have met so many great people on our Plant Based Whole Food Journey. Whether you’ve been a plant-based eater for many years or are just beginning your journey, we would love to hear about yours. 


    So capture your story on video, upload it to YouTube, and complete the form below.

    • As you share your story, here are a few things we'd love to hear about:

      • How old are you?
      • Where are you from?
      • Describe your health prior to switching to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.
      • How did you hear about the nutritional approach to health?
      • Why were you willing to try it?
      • What have been the challenges, victories, tears, frustrations and discoveries you've experienced along the way?
      • How have family and friends responded, and how has that impacted your experience?
      • What have been the results?
      • How has it changed your life?
      • What keeps you committed?
      If you are just beginning a plant-based journey, we would love for you to make a video journal of your experiences and progress and include the information above.

      Video Tips

      Speak freely and naturally, looking directly into the camera lens. Don't worry if you make a few mistakes. Be yourself and tell your story.

      Shoot and submit the highest quality video available on your device.

      Position your camera/phone horizontally — not vertically — to shoot landscape mode like you would see on TV.

      Don’t edit your video or add any music or graphics.

      Find a relatively quiet area to shoot your video, and speak loudly and clearly.

      Avoid shooting outdoors if the microphone would be exposed to the wind.

      Make sure you have plenty of light and that your main source of light — whether it’s a window, lamp or the sun — is in front of you, not behind you, so that the light is on your face.

      How to Submit Your Video

      1. Upload your video to YouTube.

      2. Set the Privacy Setting to Unlisted.

      3. Copy the the Share link from YouTube and paste it into the YouTube field in the submission form below.
