Dependant on the option you select above, you hereby grant Rumble Inc. (Rumble) the following license and/or rights management:

1. Video management & revenue share License: With this licensing option, you are granting Rumble an exclusive, worldwide, commercial, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, syndicate, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, publish and otherwise exploit the video by any and all methods or means, whether now known or hereafter devised, in any manner for any purpose whatsoever as Rumble in its sole discretion may determine. Rumble will be obligated to pay 70% of the Net Earnings collected from 3rd party websites and telelvision, excluding on YouTube.com. On YouTube.com Rumble will pay 90% of Net Earnings generated on your video directly on YouTube.com. Additionally, to the best of Rumble's ability, Rumble will claim and police all infringing copies of your video.

Term: The above licenses granted by you are perpetual and irrevocable.

As used herein, 'Net Earnings' means aggregate cash amounts collected and recognized as revenue under generally accepted accounting principles by Rumble arising from the license of your video to any 3rd parties less any costs Rumble incurs associated/related to rights management.

By signing this agreement you hereby give Rumble permission to license the Content and to use the Content in any Media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. You agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.

You further agree that Content you submit to the Service will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Rumble all of the license rights granted herein.

All payments will be remitted to your Rumble account 30 days after Rumble receives payments by our 3rd party partners. If an upfront payment amount is indicated below and agreed upon with your account manager, the amount indicated will be immediately issued to your account. This upfront payment will be applied against any earnings accumulated in the future with respect to the video indicated herein.

Licensor acknowledges and agrees that Rumble is not making any representation, guarantee or agreement regarding the total amount of revenue, if any, which will be generated by the license.

This agreement takes precedent over the Terms & Service agreement found on Rumble.com, located here: https://rumble.com/s/terms.html
