Plastic Corrective Action.
Any plastic item that has been identified as posing a risk to the food production is to be safely removed to a place not in the main production area
Any item should be identified where possible
Any item should be determined if it belongs to another item (broken plastic spoon for example)
Any other components should be located
Production should be stopped by a respoinsible person if risk is considered high
Incident should be logged in the daily diary
Recomendation made to management regarding ongoing risk or remedial action.
