INSTRUCTIONS: Thank you for your willingness to submit a letter of hope to someone else who is struggling with anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts.
All letters must be handwritten and submitted in a 5.5"x8.5" image (preferred filetype is JPEG.) To get the right dimensions, take a piece or normal computer printer paper and lay it down horizontally. Fold it in half from left to right, and you will have a piece of paper that is the exact dimensions you need.) Your letter will be easiest for people to read if you write on the paper vertically rather than horizontally. After you have handwritten your letter, take a picture of it with as much lighting as you can without washing out the ability to read the letter. Then upload that picture file to this form.
The purpose of your letter is to encourage others whom you may never meet. If you have ever been anxious, depressed or suicidal, may write about what has helped you get through your dark times.
All letters will be screened before being added to the website. If your letter is added to the website, we will email you back to let you know.
