Add $3 per person if the movie is to be played in 3D. A Birthday is a special day for your child so we have a few surprises that are sure to leave your child with great experience at his or her CC4 Birthday Party!

 

The CC4 Gaming Birthday Package - 2 hrs gaming In private Auditorium. 10 kid trays (popcorn, drink and fruit snack) $200. $50/ each additional hour.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. To book a special early morning Birthday Party, groups MUST have a minimum of 20 people attending. Smaller groups may be accepted if other groups are booked on the day of your request.

2. Special showings are available seven days a week before our regular hours of operation. Showtime availability may vary. Typically, movie start times are 10:00am. Exceptions may apply.

3. A table, table cloth, and chairs will be set up in the lobby prior to your arrival.

4. Due to film studio contracts, movie availability is subject to change without notice.

5. In order to maintain our published daily show times, your movie Will begin as scheduled and your group should depart immediately after the showing.

6. An invoice detailing the event and pricing will be sent as soon as the reservation form is received and confirmed.

7. The Theatre MUST receive payment in full 7 days prior to the event or the event will be subject to cancellation.

8. Any change to the event, may result in a $20 processing fee, except for an increase in the number of school packages purchased. An increase in attendance is subject to seating space availability.

9. Cancellations must be given 48 hours in advance. If proper notice is not received then a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged to the group.

10. The Crowley Cinema IV accepts cash, debit, and major credit cards. No personal checks will be accepted.

11. If fewer people attend the movie than paid for, no refunds or passes will be issued.

12. The chaperones or parents that chose to stay for the party will pay the same price as the others attending the party.

13. Please note that there is an additional $3.00, per person, surcharge for all 3-D movies due to 3-D film processing fees.

14. Signature below ensures acceptance of these terms and conditions, without exceptions.

15. You are not allowed to bring any outside food or drinks. All food and drinks must be purchased from the theatre.

16. In order to get your group in the movie on time a drink order for your group must be in one day before the event. Additional concessions can be purchased after the kids trays are passed out.
