    Who are we?

    Alexandre HEBERT is the Managing Director and Principal Life Coach at Grip Advisory.

    He is a Certfied Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco (USA). His deep life and past leadership experience have given him a genuine ability to help his clients achieve their true potential and live their life boldly in colors in their professional or personal lives. He is married to a Singaporean national and has three children. He has gone through the experience of divorce, Car Crash and caring for loved ones with cancer. A sports enthusiast with an overly positive approach to life.

    Debra CHONG , is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Formasian Label, a Pan-Asian label of Designers and Beauty Products that Inspire Women.

    Debra Chong is an experienced make-up artist, stylist and trainer.

    Debra specializes in teaching the everyday woman how to use clothing and makeup to highlight her inherent beauty, while correcting her natural imperfections. She believes that every woman has the right to feel confident and comfortable in her own skin, regardless her body shape, skin color, or facial features. This is why Debra is passionate about imparting the right skills to all women – skills that they can apply throughout every stage of their lives, so they can step out with confidence everyday. Debra graduated from The Makeup Room and has worked on many professional assignments more than 10 years. Her portfolio includes Disney, Tiger Beer, Estee Lauder, Audi Fashion Festival, and many other productions. As a trainer, Debra has written curriculum, taught and graduated more than 100 make-up artists for a non-profit organization, to help spread the message that everyone can be beautiful.

  • LIFE COACHING SERVICE - Confidentiality Statement V1.0

    GRIP ADVISORY Life’s Coaching Service is a unique opportunity to seek feedback and Advice on a wide range of personal, managerial skills, competencies, and work situations.

    Confidentiality is an essential feature of our service. The content of the one-on-one sessions with a coach is strictly confidential.

    Your coach will not reveal any information concerning your discussions to anyone outside our organisation except in the following circumstances:

    • A written request is submitted (by you) asking that specific information be shared with a designated individual or individuals
    • Life or safety is seriously threatened

    AGREEMENT

    I understand that my conversations with my coach are confidential. However, I also realize that there are specific situations in which client confidentiality cannot be assumed.

    1. Danger to Self.
    If I pose a danger to myself such that I am seriously suicidal, we will disclose information about me and my condition as necessary to authorities in order to prevent me from harming myself. I understand that only information relevant to the purpose of keeping me safe will be disclosed.

    2. Danger to Others.
    If I pose a danger to others, I understand that my coach is ethically bound to protect anyone to whom I present a clear and imminent danger. If I make specific threats of violence against an identifiable person, my coach will attempt to protect the potential victim by making an effort to warn them by contacting police.

    3. Child Abuse.
    Coaches are required to report to authorities any suspected case in which a child may be being abused. It does not matter how much time has elapsed since the occurrence of the abuse.

    4. Driving.
    If I hold a driver’s license but it is apparent that I am not fit to operate a motor vehicle coaches are obligated to report this to the department of motor vehicles.

    5. Couples and family coaching.
    If my partner and I are being seen for coaching the notes completed by our coaches will likely include information about both my partner and me. Both my partner and myself will most likely have legal right of access to the file. Also, the confidentially of anything that is said when either my partner or I are out of the coaching room cannot be guaranteed.

    6. Court Orders
    I understand that Grip Advisory Pte Ltd can, in some circumstances, be ordered to present their notes to the court. We will comply with a court request or order for notes only after attempting to protect the privacy of any client information.

    7. Third Party Payment.
    I understand that if a third party is paying for the services I receive, the third party will be informed of only that information this is required for payment of my Coaching Service. If a third party requires a report about my claim, only information relevant to my claim is reported.

    8. Technology
    In addition I understand that the confidentiality of any conversations with our coaches through electronic channels whether oral or in writing (phone, e-mail, chat, teleconferencing) cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent lack of security provided by these protocols. Should I choose to share private information through these communication channels, I understand that I cannot hold responsible Grip Advisory Pte Ltd for any breach of confidentiality.
