Crewe Capture Request Form

Our Hernando de Soto and his Crewe of Conquistadors are highly popular and regularly draw large crowds whether they are visiting local schools, retirement homes, or capture local businesses. All visits or captures must be approved by our Board of Directors and thus, to properly prepare, we require a four-week advance notice as all of our members are volunteers and need advance notice to accomodate your request. There is a nominal fee for visits to commercial establishments and local businesses. This charge is for insurance and fuel purposes only. Our Crewe does not get paid for any appearances.
