Gift cards are processed Monday through Friday (with the exception of statutory holidays). Please allow 48 hours for the processing of your order. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Decore Hotels is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Any cards that are lost or stolen will not be reissued. We recommend using the Overnight or Registered mail method for shipping to ensure you receive your Gift Card. Alternatively, we welcome you to pick up the Gift Card from our Edmonton office. Visit the Contact page for address information. Only the purchaser may pick up the Gift Card and photo ID is required. If you choose to have your Gift Card mailed to you via ground post, please be advised that we mail them out using Canada Post regular mail and that it may take up to three weeks for delivery.
