By way of submitting the application form and paying the application fee I accept the terms and conditions of attending Dohnányi Conducting Masterclass. I understand that the paid application fee offers an opportunity for passive participation, and I accept that the Arts Director of the Dohnányi Conducting Masterclass shall decide about active participation. The application fee will be refunded to the applicants who cannot be accepted as active participants and do not intend to attend the Masterclass as passive participants. If accepted as active participant I shall pay the difference due for active participation.
I declare that I do not claim any honorarium for public performances, radio and TV recordings and I agree that such be used by the organizers for documentary and promotion purposes and any other purposes linked with the Masterclass, unless derogatory to my personality rights. I also permit the organizers to use the shots and recordings (photo, CD, DVD) made of me during the Masterclass freely and for this I do not claim any remuneration.
