Model Release & Copyright: C Wagner Photography & Design, LLC owns the copyrights to the images captured during the session on the above date. C Wagner Photography & Design, LLC reserves the right to lawfully use and reproduce these images to promote her business, including but not limited to website portfolio, marketing displays and print competitions. However, we will be respectful of family's privacy issues and not post names or images on social media sites if requested.

After the session, a few sneak peeks will be delivered within 72 hours and your completed gallery should be delivered via email with instructions to download your high res images within 14 business days from your session date. During peak season, please allow up to 21 business days for family or engagement sessions.

Depending on your session - you'd receive a download pin or you would select your favorites to keep & download with the ability to purchase beyond what was included in your package.

Galleries and the resulting images from your session will be similar in style and quality as seen on our website - c-wagnerphotography.com and or the sample galleries sent to you. All images in delivered galleries constitutes the only images available from the session. Further retouching can be requested and depending on the extent, can be included or have an additional fee.

*Covid-19 Addendum - Client is planning the photography session with Covid-19 as a known risk factor. Efforts shall be made by all parties to adhere to CDC recommendations and guidelines regarding health and saftery. Photographer is fully vaccinated and shall wear a face mask at all times during the session and will use no touch posing and directions and will try and remain at least 6ft social distancing. All parties also agree to communicate on how to best address a potential reschedule or change of session, if necessary. Photographer will allow a transfer of retainer fee to a new date without a reschedule fee.
