Chalk Drawing Access Form

Please note that chalk drawings completed by non-Sticks employee's will need to be completed after Sticks closes and this is billed out at $50 per hour with a two hour miniumn. We will open up the day before your event for 30 days before your event.

Paid staff from Out of Box Weddings will grant access for family and/or friends to draw on the chalk walls.

White chalk only. No chalk markers.

I agree to use only standard white chalk. No color chalk, chalk paint, etc.I agree to bring my own supplies including chalk, ruler, step stool, bottled water, rag to erase, etc.I agree to avoid chats with the employee's at Sticks as they are working and I will call Anthony at 515 710 6658 with an questionsI understand that drawings must be done after Sticks closes. Drawings will either need to be completed from 5 to 8pm on Friday (if there is no event) or on Saturday after 9am. There is a fee for access for drawing. If the event is on a Friday or during the week then this is discussed case by case and may not be allowed.

You will be contacted within 1 week with your chalk drawing time. The client will will need to pay a fee for access for you to draw. Case by case we try and get you into Sticks on Friday after 5pm for the drawings, however, this isn't posible if Sticks has a Friday event. Saturday access for you to draw does require us to bring in a staff person to unlock and would be billed at $50 per hour. For week day events, contact the Sticks event manager.
