Teachers: Please note you will be required to upload your Course Calendar at the time of this request. Once completed, please submit for approval, you will receive a confirmation email w/addenda details. We will ask approval from your Principal. If approved by the CTE Department, you will receive an email w/the Addenda Form to be signed and returned. Please note a minimum of 15 students is required to be eligible for an Addenda, and courses must begin at 3:00pm to accommodate District-wide student access. If not approved, you will receive email notification from the CTE Department. Thank you.
