  • ONLINE BOOKING FORM FOR REALLY RETRO 26 (SUNDAY 12TH JULY 2026)

    CONDITIONS OF TRADING

     

    Please be on site by 9:30am on the day of the show and leave no earlier than 3:30pm

    All operators should leave the venue no later than 6pm

    Payment. Payments are required in full.

    Cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing and any refund given is at the discretion of the organisers. If the event is cancelled by the organisers a full refund will be made immediately.

    Subletting in full or in part is not allowed.

    Description of goods. All goods sold must be as described on the  application form. Certain Food and drinks cannot be sold without prior written permission. Please contact us on via email to:

    Raffles, tombolas, knives, fairground attractions, crossbows, firearms, weapons, BB guns and games of chance are not allowed. 

    Security. The organisers or site owners are not responsible for the safe keeping of goods or damage to any article or property whilst at the venue.

    Insurance. All traders must have current third party insurance for all risks whilst attending the event and imdemnify the organisers against all claims, damages or expenses however caused. The completed booking form shall be deemed as confirmation by the trader that the necessary insurance cover has been obtained. 

    Fire safety. All exhibitors must be familiar with fire precautions and have a suitable risk assessment in place.

    Electricity. All generators must be located within your trading area and are the responsibility of the trader. Fuel should be kept out of site and within your vehicle or trailer.

    Personal injury. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any slips, trips or falls however caused. Any accident must be reported to the Site Manager immediately. 

    Health and safety. All exhibitors must have regard to Health and Safety matters and should have a risk assessment in place.

    RESTRICTIVE SALES:

    All traders are not permitted to sell ALCOHOL unless they have the relevant licence to do so.

    INDOOR or OUTDOOR - General Trader 3m width Pitch Small. No Gazebo needed. Just bring your stock and a table, unload and park your car behind/to the side of your stall. Simple. No Hot Food Sales.



    INDOOR OR OUTDOOR- General Trader 6m width Pitch Medium. Bigger 6m frontage! Just bring your stock and a table, unload and park your car behind or to the side of your stall. Simple. No Hot Food Sales.



    INDOOR - Bespoke Pitch offering 12m x 5m space. Ideal pitch for a those that need space. This 5m depth x 12m width indoor pitch.

    INDOOR OR OUTDOOR- General Trader 9m width Pitch Large. Biggest 9m frontage! Just bring your stock and a table, unload and park your car behind or to the side of your stall. Simple. No Hot Food Sales.



    OUTDOOR - Bespoke Pitch offering 10m x 10m space. Ideal pitch for a those that need space. This 10m x 10m outdoor pitch would suit traders who have projects or vehicles to show.

    Warm/Cooked sweet items ie Waffles , Doughnuts, Crepes etc. If your primary sales are cakes waffles, doughnuts, crepes etc - Choose this

    Catering / Hot Food i.e. Chips, Burgers, Hot Dogs . If your primary sales are hot food items inc chips, burgers, fish & chips, sausages , hot dogs - Choose this!

    Catering / Hot Food - Pizza , Jacket Potato’s , Street Food. If your primary sales are hot food items specifically slower cooked items such as Pizza, Indian street food, jacket potato’s, fresh kebabs, jerk chicken or similar choose this NO SALES OF chips, burgers, fish, Hot Dogs etc

    Ice Cream Van . If your primary sales are ice creams and lollies then choose this !

    TERMS

    By clicking the SUBMIT button below you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions noted in this booking form and are booking your place at the show. Should a show be cancelled then a refund will be given for that show, refunds will not be given for any other reason.
