The following are required for submission:
Alcohol beverage sales tax report form.
Proof of alcoholic beverage sales by the drink. (gross reciepts)
Amount of tax collected or authorized due for the related period.
Online documentation must be submitted AT LEAST three (3) business days before the 20th of each month to ensure on time processing. After your tax report is processed, an invoice will be emailed. Please follow the provided instructions on the invoice and retain the invoice for your records. Payment is due on or before the 20th of each month. Tax reports submitted or paid after the 20th will incur penalty and interest.
