You must be an owner or a beneficiary of Omataroa Rangitaiki No 2 Trust and have been issued a BE number. If you have not registered please Click here to register.

Please fill out the online form and submit the form when completed, electronic copies of documentation should be image file or word/pdf documents. The information you provide is for applying for this tenancy and may be used for a credit and reference check.

When filling out this form, you are applying to be on our WAITING LIST. Please do not assume that the property you require is available to rent.

Privacy
Your privacy is protected under the Privacy Act 1993.

Identification
Your identification will be used for verification and a credit check.

Bond
Four/five weeks of rent in advance pending on payment of rent. (e.g. fortnightly or weekly)

Power/Water Rates
The tenant is liable for all water rates and power.

Referee
Your referee should be able to provide a reference about your creditworthiness. The referee can be a friend, co-worker, your employer or someone who knows you well. If you have filled in your current landlord's details, please provide ONE referee to be contacted.
