Refund policy: Private Training Sessions are reserved especially for you. Therefore, cancelling or rescheduling training sessions at the last minute can cause scheduling conflicts for your trainer, and make it nearly impossible to fill your slot with another client who may be on a waiting list. Please be respectiful when scheduling your appointment and make your best effort to keep your allotted time slot. That said, we of course understand that life happens, as it does for us on occasion as well. We will only cancel or reschedule in very rare cases, and we hope our clients will do the same. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so prior to 48 hours before your training session whenever possible. Numerous cancellations or reschedulings may lead to forfeiture of your payment. If sessions are canceled inside 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may still be held responsible for paying for that session.
