    The ASP bestows the Klumpke-Roberts Award on those who have made outstanding contributions to the public understanding and appreciation of astronomy. Awardees include Carl Sagan, Isaac Asimov, Chesley Bonestell, Timothy Ferris, Walter Sullivan, Heidi Hammel, and the staffs of Sky & Telescope and Astronomy magazines.

    Welcome to the ASP Awards Nomination submission process.

    Nominators:

    Make sure you have read the complete Guidelines from the ASP Website based on the specific award for which you are submitting.

    When you indicate a list of supporters, you will need to inform the supporters of the deadline and you are now responsible for uploading their letters of support at the time you submit your nomination.

    Please be reminded the submissions deadline for ASP Annual Awards is March 1 of each year.

    Letters of Support from others familiar with the nominee's accomplishments are essential in the nomination process. A resume or CV is not required but highly recommended.
