Basic Tech Support ($200)

• Includes
• 4 hour rehearsal, 4 hour event
• 2 microphones and music playback
• Single slide and video

Additional Hours

Technicians will be available for a four hour rehearsal, and a four hour event.  Any additional time is an extra $25 per hour per technician.  This time block includes any additional setup or teardown associated with the event.

Risers Information:

We have two sets of seated choir risers.  The typical setup is shown here:

 

 We are also able to arrange our risers in a variety of ways, at varrying heights or all the same height, at either 8", 16" or 24".

Graphics System Information:

• Please send all graphics materials at least one week in advance.
• Due to the nature of our video system, we are only able to play image or video files on our screens.
• Slideshows
  • PowerPoint is not supported in our video system. Thus, all PowerPoint slides will be converted to images.  This means that any animations, embedded videos, or embedded websites will not work.
• Videos
  • Preferably MP4’s in H.264 codec.
  • Most videos can be converted to a usable format.  If an online video is needed, please send it to us in advance so that we have time to download it.

Guidance for Memorial Services

• If there is a pre/post service slideshow, we will use a memorial song playlist (can be provided by us if needed), so that we don't hear the same song multiple times.
• If a slideshow is being played during the service, we can play the music that is on the slideshow, or we can pull up any song on Spotify.
• Slideshows can be either in video format, or you may send us multiple photos. In this case, we recommend 50-100 photos. That way, at 6 seconds each, it takes 5-10 minutes to go through all of the photos.
