Let’s Play in Italian, LLC Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are entered into and agreed as of the date stated above (the "Effective Date"), by the Let’s Play in Italian, LLC ("Program"), located at 551 Park Avenue, Suite 6, Scotch Plains, Nutley, Hoboken New Jersey and the Parent or Guardian ("Guardian") named at the end of this agreement (the "Agreement").
Missed Classes/Refunds
There are no make-up classes during this session. We will offer a full refund during the first week of class minus any class taken that week only. No refund will be given after that. There is a $25 fee for bounced checks.
This is a proprietary program. All content and program features are owned by Let's Play in Italian, LLC. Participants in the program do not obtain any rights to the program by virtue of being a participant in it.
RELEASE
I hearby release the Language and Enrichment Center and Let's Play in Italian LLC, all of its employees and representatives from all claims resulting in injury, not directly caused by the negligent actions of The Language and Enrichment Center and Let's Play in Italian LLC, relating to The Language and Enrichment Center and Let's Play in Italian LLC or any of its employees or representatives while participating in any of The Language and Enrichment Center and Let's Play in Italian classes.
By signing this release, I give The Language and Enrichment Center and Let's Play in Italian LLC permission to take pictures and/or video of me for marketing and training purposes.
