A Leadership in Action Facilitator is the person who gets in front of your Chapter and presents the Modules. Each Chapter should have a couple of Facilitators on hand at all time. This is a great way to get practice for public speaking, teaching or really, any job.
To become a Facilitator, you'll need to attend Facilitator Training at National Convention or a Leadership Academy. Attending Facilitator Training gets you 6 Leadership in Action points. For each Local Module you facilitate you will get a total of 8 points (6 for the Module and 2 for facilitating).
