            We do not provide anything other than electric (if needed) and the space. Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. If accepted, your submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2016 Pyramid Hill Art Fair, an outdoor venue. The undersign(s)ed agrees that he/she will be open for business during the official show hours unless the Art Fair at Pyramid Hill director offically closes the show. 

            The undersign(s)ed does hereby and forever discharge Pyramid Hill Art Fair, Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum, its directors, board and employees of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law of equity, from any loss or damage to the undersign(s)ed property while in possession, supervision auspices of the Art Fair at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum, its directors, board or employees.

            The undersigned also authorized the use of the images submitted with this application.
