5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The tuition cost includes a $300 non-refundable deposit, payment must accompany your application. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and when your child is accepted into the program. Once they are accepted into the program, your deposit of $300 is non-refundable.

If you cancel within 45 days of the program 50% of tuition will be refunded less deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of the program no refund will be given. No exceptions to this policy.
