- Prepaid Trip Charge: A trip charge is required to schedule your service. This charge covers the locksmith's travel to your location and is separate from any service fees for work performed.
- Refund: Full refund of trip charge if canceled 24+ business hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing admin@acmelocksmith.com .
- No Refund: For cancellations less than 24 hours prior, or for no-shows.
- Service Costs: Additional charges apply for services performed.
- Payment: Payment for onsite services can be made by credit card. No personal checks or cash.
