The timeframe for a Drop versus a Withdrawal is determined by the Records Office, and is indicated on the Academic Calendar on the Richmont website.
All courses other than Intensives may be dropped through the first week of classes with 100% refund.
Intensive courses may only be dropped up until the day before the course starts (100% refund).
Students will receive refunds and be assigned withdrawal grades (W, WP, WF) in accordance with the dates published on the Academic Calendar.

**If you are attempting to fully withdraw from the institution, you also need an institutional withdrawal form. You can obtain that form from the Records Office.
