Introduction & Summary

This online pre-interview form consists of 6 separate pages of responses from you regarding your elder team and lead pastor or lead elder of your church.

Each elder on the team should complete this form separately.

A Treasuring Christ Together Lead Team Member or Pastor will meet with your elder team to further discuss your responses after all elders have completed this form.

Although the form will save your answers locally for 24 hours within your Internet browser as you proceed through the application, it is highly recommended that you type your answers into a separate Word document and save it on your computer before copying and pasting into this Internet form to prevent losing your work in the event that you lose your connection.

Your responses will not be submitted to the TCT network until the very end of the application when you click on the "Submit" button.
TCTN Parent Church

TCTN Parent Churches are like-minded churches whose elders embrace the TCTN Affirmation of Faith as well as a shared vision for planting churches domestically and around the world. Parent Churches submit to TCTN assessment with a commitment to 1) grow into a church planting residency center which will intentionally raise up and/or nurture church planters and/or 2) be an active sending church which will supply potential church planters, church plant team members from its membership, or necessary resources to plant TCTN churches.
