Event Organizer Form
Thank you for your interest in organizing a fundraiser to benefit the Turner Syndrome Foundation. Community-led efforts play an important role in advancing research, education, awareness, and support for individuals affected by Turner syndrome.
To ensure alignment with our mission, adherence to TSF policies, and accountability for the stewardship of resources, all proposed fundraising and awareness events must be reviewed and approved in advance. Please complete this form prior to organizing or promoting your event.
We carefully evaluate each submission to confirm that it directly supports the Turner Syndrome Foundation's work and provides meaningful benefit to the Turner syndrome community. Only approved events may reference or use the Foundation’s name, branding, or promotional channels.
We appreciate your commitment to making a difference and look forward to learning more about your proposed initiative.
What Qualifies for Review
Proposed events must clearly and directly benefit the Turner Syndrome Foundation and the community we serve. Qualifying initiatives typically include:
- Fundraisers where a defined portion or percentage of proceeds will be donated to the Turner Syndrome Foundation
- Awareness events specifically focused on Turner syndrome
- Educational programs that increase understanding of Turner syndrome among patients, families, educators, or healthcare professionals
- Community gatherings designed to support individuals and families affected by Turner syndrome
- Corporate or civic partnerships that align with our mission and values
All qualifying events must:
- Clearly state how the Foundation will benefit
- Provide a defined fundraising goal or impact objective
Receive written approval before using the Foundation’s name, logo, or materials
What Does Not Qualify
We are unable to review, promote, or sponsor:
- Events that do not directly support the Turner Syndrome Foundation
- General charitable events without a defined benefit to Turner syndrome
- Political campaigns or partisan advocacy activities
- Commercial ventures where the Foundation does not receive a clearly defined benefit
- Events that conflict with our mission, values, or policies
- Requests submitted after the event has already been organized or promoted
Read and familiarize yourself with the Turner Syndrome Foundation Talent Management Handbook. By submitting this form you acknowledge that you have read and will abide by the policies set forth. If you have any questions, please contact us.
