workouts are 5-7 days/week and I’ll teach you how to modify this

Kick-butt at home workouts, most are only 30 mins long!
(I'll help you choose something that'll suit you best)
Detailed workout schedule (no guess work!)
30 superfood smoothies to replace your worst meal, skipped meal,
or snack so you don’t go too long in-between eating
30 day trials of 1000 other workout programs including pilates/yoga,
cardio kickboxing, HIIT workouts, weight lifting and so much more.
We’ll support each other and GET RESULTS just like my other groups have
