Update Long Living Pets Raw Feeding Study

2022 Update (August 2022)

Dear Participants.

This information is exclusively for my 30-year research project into raw feeding. I will never share your personal information, like your full name or email address.

In order to make it more manageable, the updates are once a year. If you have registered within 24 months, you do not need to submit an update until next year, unless your pet has deceased.

If you have multiple pets I need you to fill out one for each pet for my documentation. I convert these into excel files for better analysis and tracking.

I understand this is a fairly long form and I appreciate your cooperation by taking the time to fill it out. Good thing it's only once a year :-).

Again, I want to thank you for participating in this one-of-a-kind project.

I'm so far financing this on my own and with help from donations from people like you that understand and see the importance of this study and how it can help millions. Thank You! Any contributions are always highly appreciated but under no circumstance required or expected for taking part in this project. I mean that!
