I understand it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to make whatever arrangements are necessary to pay all applicable tuition and fees at both Southwestern College (home school) and the host school. I also understand that it is my responsibility to have all official transcripts from the host school sent to Southwestern College once the class is complete.

Note: If official transcripts are not received from the host school within 30 days of completing the coursework, you understand we may have to return any financial aid you received while attending the host school to the Department of Education which will result in a charge on your account.
