TRACK I: Racism 101
This workshop or series of workshops will help participants understand how racism works to oppress groups within the United States. Participants will identify their own position within the racial hierarchy of the United States. Participants will gain skills on how to promote anti-racist behavior in themselves and in their community. Levels: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced
TRACK II: Racism Within American Muslim Communities
This workshop or series of workshops will focus on intra-Muslim issues, by helping participants understand how the effects of racism on a national level significantly shape interactions within American Muslim communities. Participants will reflect on how their own community's practices challenge or uphold the racial hierarchy of the United States. Participants will gain skills on how to implement community practices that promote the diversity of the Muslim American community. Levels: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced
TRACK III: Racial Justice Organizing
This workshop or series of workshops will help participants develop and implement an anti-racism campaign. Participants will understand organizing and ways to measure efficacy of a racial justice campaign. Levels: Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced
TRACK IV: Teacher/Youth Leader Trainer Workshop
This workshop or series of workshops will help instructors and youth leaders evaluate their teaching and practices around cultural competency and diversity. Participants will understand ways to create and promote an anti-racism on racism as experienced by youth. Levels: Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced
TRACK V: Cultural Proficiency at an Organizational Level
This workshop or series of workshops will help participants evaluate their organization's practices around cultural competency and diversity. Participants will understand ways to create and promote healthy and supportive professional environment. Levels: Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced
TRACK VI: Train the Trainer Program
Prepare for delivering on the ground and online workshops, webinars, and courses. The train the trainers program covers anti-racism material, MuslimARC pedagogy, instructional design, workshop facilitation, media engagement, public speaking, and more. Level: Intermediate and Advanced
(Note: There will be a participant size limit per workshop. Workshops over 30 will require an additional facilitator)
