  • Is this enrollment in response to Hopewell's return to 5-day instruction?
  • IMPORTANT!  Due to the late full-time enrollment, any elective credits, not available in the online program, may be forfeited.

  • IMPORTANT! Students who enroll in full-time online education will have their current schedule mirrored in the online program.  Any courses that cannot be transferred will be dropped and the students will be contacted in regard to new electives (if possible). 

  • When would you like to begin your online classes?
  • IMPORTANT! If your immediate request occurs outside the beginning or end of a quarter, your enrollment will be delayed until a discussion occurs with you, the building principal, and the online-education coordinator.

  • Does your child have an IEP or GIEP?*
  • If your child has and IEP/GIEP a delay in the start of the courses may take place to ensure that the accommodations can be met within the cyber program.

  • Progress Reports can be automatically sent to the supplied email at the following intervals. Please select the desired frequency.*
  • Would you like to register for a Parent Portal Account?*
  • A parent portal account will give you access to your child's grades, progress reports, and attendance records.  This is an important resource to have as a parent. 

  • Are you scheduling for specific courses?*
  • You selected to enroll in part-time online education. Please select the course(s) you would like to take online. A full list of online courses can be found to the right. 7th and 8th grade courses are limited to the courses with prefix MS.  

  • Filling out this form does not guarantee that a cyber course or cyber courses will be granted.  Approval must be given by the administration, guidance, and parents.  This form will begin the approval process.  Please complete the form completely to the best of your knowledge.
