All candidates must have 120 hours in-store and be ServSafe certified or equivalent prior to coming to the Quality Control Class.

Course Offerings
The cutoff for enrollment is 12:00 PM Friday of the week before class begins.

5-day Quality Control Course: This course is designed to certify franchisees, operators, and store-level employees in Five Guys operations and brand standards. Training will consist of classroom instruction and hands-on instruction in training stores under the supervision of Corporate Trainers. The goal of this course is to equip trainees with the skills necessary to teach quality control.

10-day Director of Operations Course: This course is designed for senior members of franchise groups and focuses on the corporate approach to multi-unit management and profitability. It builds on the initial five-day quality control course with an additional five days of field training under the instruction of an FGO District Manager Trainer. The goal of this course is to give trainees a basic understanding of how to manage a multi-unit district.

30-day District Manager Course: This course will consist of the five-day quality control course in addition to an extensive overview of the management strategies and analytical tools used by multi-unit managers. The goal of this course is to equip trainees with the skills necessary to manage a multi-unit district. (Note: this course is only available to Corporate District Managers)
