TRANSCRIPT Instructions: Access your unofficial transcript using Google CHROME as your browser & save it to your computer as a PDF to upload. CHROME instructions are outlined below. You are welcome to use other browsers, however, the process may be different than outlined below. Do NOT pay for an official transcript!

1. Go to plus.hope.edu (aka KnowhopePlus) User Login and enter your User ID# and PIN
   1. Click on "Registrar and Student Accounts"
   2. Click on "Student Records"
   3. Click on "Unofficial Transcript" and another page will appear.
   4. Click on "Submit"--no need to change any of the settings
2. From Chrome's "Customize and Control" button (upper right corner button with 3 horizontal bars), select "Print..." from the drop-down options.
   1. Look for "DESTINATION" and select the "CHANGE..." button.
   2. Select "Save as PDF."
   3. Select "SAVE"
   4. Rename your file lastname_transcript.pdf. Save the new PDF file to your computer to upload via the Browse TRANSCRIPT button below.

ESSAY Instructions: Please write a one and a half page, typed, single-spaced essay in which you...

1. Describe the kind(s) of ministry to which you are discerning a call.
2. What beliefs inform your desire to be involved in ministry?
3. How has your previous involvement in ministry contributed to your desire to be part of the Studies in Ministry minor (be specific)?

Copy/paste your essay in the box provided below. The requested length of 750 is about 1.5-pages. The box will accept a range of 500-1,000 words. Please check formatting after pasting and adjust accordingly removing any extra lines between paragraphs to a single empty line.

AFTER PASTING YOUR ESSAY IN THE BOX YOU MAY NEED TO USE THE ARROW KEY TO SCROLL DOWN TO FIND THE SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM!!

After submitting, please wait to receive the confirmation page in your web browser showing a green encircled check mark. Following the online confirmation page, you will receive an automated e-mail acknowledging your submission.
