- if you are returning after academic suspension.

If neither of these conditions apply to you, no need to continue with this form. Email SBC and inform them of your intention to return and you will receive course registration instructions.

We recommend applying 2-4 weeks prior to these deadlines in case of delays. For example, in certain situations, other documents may be requested by the registrar after application is received.
