  • LBA is operated as an exempt school under
    the provision of NRS 394.211 and, as such, is exempt from
    the provisions of the Private Elementary and
    Secondary Education Authorization Act.
    (Guardians assume the same responsibility as parents).

    Liberty Baptist Academy would like to partner with parents in seeing children grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.  For this reason, we have developed this agreement to help in the training of students at Liberty Baptist Academy:

    Proverbs 4:23-27 "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.  Put away from thee a frorward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.  Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.  Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.  Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil." 


    Parental Agreement:

    1. We understand that attendance at LBA is a privilege and not a right.
    2. We understand that if our present year account is not current we may apply for admission, but our application will not be approved until our account is clear.
    3. We understand that all fees and tuition paid are non-refundable.
    4. We agree that the spiritual development of our child involves home, church, and school and will endeavor to be involved in each of these areas.
    5. We agree with and will support the purpose, policies and procedures of the school.
    6. We understand and will encourage the importance of our child developing and maintaining a proper respect and response to God-given authorities.
    7. We understand and will encourage the importance of our child developing and maintaining honor and respect for the rights and property of others.
    8. We understand and will encourage the importance of our child developing and maintaining a desire to actively pursue his God-given potential in all areas.
    9. We understand the vital need for prayer and agree to faithfully pray for the administration, faculty, parents and student body of LBA.
    10. We agree to uphold and support the high academic standards of the school by giving encouragement in the completion of homework and assignments.
    11. We agree to uphold the dress code of LBA and ensure that our child follows the dress code.
    12. We understand that our child (grades 4-12) will also agree to several student commitments.
    13. I will faithfully attend church services.
    14. I will not hold the school responsible for any injury my child may obtain on school property.
    15. We agree and support the protocol set by Liberty Baptist Academy concerning COVID 19 guidelines.

    Doctrinal Agreement:

    We believe:

    • That the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, was verbally inspired of God, inerrant and is our only rule in matters of faith and practice.
    • In Creation, not evolution; that man was created by the direct act of God and in the Image of God.
    • That Adam and Eve, in yielding to the temptation of Satan, became fallen creatures.
    • That all men are born in sin.
    • In the Incarnation, the Virgin Birth and the Deity of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
    • In the vicarious and substitutional Atonement for the sins of mankind by the shedding of His blood on the cross.
    • In the resurrection of His body from the tomb, His ascension to Heaven and that He is now our Advocate.
    • Jesus Christ is personally coming again.
    • In His power to save men from sin.
    • In the necessity of the New Birth, and that this New Birth is by grace through faith without works. 
    • In the local body of believers and in the importance of regular attendance for spiritual growth

  • Student Agreement

    The section below should be read and understood by all students enrolling in 4th grade through 12th grade.
    1. I will read the LBA Student handbook in its entirety, am in harmony with it, and will abide by it.
    2. I will be willing to pursue a relationship with Christ (Ephesians 4:14-16; 1 Peter 2:2).
    3. I have a desire to be committed to a pure lifestyle
      • mentally (thought life)
      • physically (abstaining from drugs, tobacco, alcohol, sex) (I Thessalonians 4:3-5; II Timothy 2:22)
    4. I am committed to demonstrate proper respect and response to God-given authorities (parents, faculty, administration, etc.) (Colossians 3:20; Romans 13:1).
    5. I am committed to honor and respect the rights and property of others (Philippians 2:3-4, I Peter 4:8-9).
    6. I am committed to actively pursue my God-given potential in the areas of academic, extra-curricular activities, etc. (Colossians 3:23-24).
    7. I will faithfully attend church services.

  • Field Trip Consent & Release Agreement

  • I, the undersigned parent or guardian, hereby consent to my child participating in ALL FIELD TRIPS.  If my child has medical conditions which may be relevant to a physician in the event of an emergency, I have listed them below.  In the event an emergency occurs, I may be reached at the phone number listed in the application.  If I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize school staff to make emergency medical decisions for my child.

    I UNDERSTAND AND HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS WHICH MAY BE ENCOUNTERED ON SAID ACTIVITY, INCLUDING ACTIVITIES PRELIMINARY AND SUBSEQUENT THERETO.  I do hereby agree to hold Liberty Baptist Church and its agent and employees, harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, expenses, and damages on account of injury to my child or property, even injury resulting in death, which I now have or which may arise in the future in connection with the activity or participation in any other associated activities.

    I expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Nevada and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.  This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.

    I further state that I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND KNOW THE CONTENTS THEREOF AND I SIGN THIS RELEASE AS MY OWN FREE ACT.  This is a legally binding agreement which I have read and understand.
