• Application to Heatons Arts Trail 2023

    Please provide as much information as possible in the application form. By submitting your name, images and medium, you agree to these being published in the 2023 trail guide. All other answers provided may be used in our promotional communications regarding the trail, and shared on our website or our social channels: Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. All will be credited to you, to promote your work and the trail. By submitting the application this application form, you agree to these terms.

    Heatons Arts Trail are hoping to go back to the traditional trail format of showing artists' work in their studios or houses. We will only be able to offer a limited number of artists from out of the area exhibition space within a church hall or house. Please think carefully about your answers below. 

  • The following questions are relevant to our marketing of the event. Please provide as much newsworthy information as possible.

  • Please upload 3 good quality images of your work. Name the files by your name followed by number 1-3. Image 1 must be of 300dpi resolution and be your catalogue entry image.  Please note files over 1MB will not upload

  • The cost of taking part in the Trail is £60 to cover the cost of hall hire, printing catalogue, website profile, leaflets and signs. An invoice for this will be sent if your application has been successful. If the fee is not paid by the deadline outlined in the selection letter, we regret we will not be able to include you in the programme. 

  • If selected, artists will be requested to have sufficient Public Liability insurance.

  • Many thanks for applying to take part in this year's Heatons Arts Trail and good luck! We endeavour to let everyone know the outcome within two weeks of the application deadline.
