What teams, sports or clubs are you a part of at school or in your community? We are looking for girls who love to participate in groups and be part of a team setting.

What's your ideal style or outfit to wear for a photo shoot? Fancy dress or a stylish upscale outfit? A casual spring dress or cute jeans and a sweater? Maybe you love rompers and lots of accessories? Describe your dream style to wear in a shoot. Do you have a dream location in Arizona you wish you could shoot at? If so, where?

What organizations, activities or charities do you/have you volunteered in or serve at in your community? We love to hear how active you are in your community and school. Please describe in detail and use capitals, correct spelling and punctuation. We are looking for girls who love to volunteer, give back and motivate others.

As stated on this application and in the contract you will have to sign, you are required to post on Instagram within 3 days after receiving images from each shoot or event. You can post as many as you'd like on your InstaStory, but you MUST post at least one image in an actual post on your feed as well. We also highly encourage Reels to be made from your grouping of images or at our shoot. Each post must tag @MakeItHappenPhotography in the caption. If you are someone who does not want to post professional images of yourself or your team friends on your Instagram, then this is not the right team for you.*

Yes, I understand I must POST on my Instagram feed within days of EVERY shoot gallery I receive. I understand that I must tag @MakeItHappenPhotography in the caption & in the image of the post. I understand this makes me a representative of the Make It Happen brand.

When it's time to book your Senior Portraits, are you planning to book with us for an amazing personalized experience and incredible images?*

Yes of course! I am excited to hire you for my senior portrait experience.No, I have another photographer I plan/want to use for senior portraits. (If so, please do not continue with this application as this is a requirement during your time on the team IF you are a senior).

Listed below are some of the Terms & Conditions you must agree to before you apply for the Model Team Experience. Please read and mark each box before submitting this application. Anyone accepted to the team will also sign a Model Release, Contract and pay their invoice in full before their final acceptance.*

My parent(s) know that I am applying for the Model Team and they are aware of these terms and conditions and accept the Registration Fee amount. They agreed that I may send in my application and that they WILL pay the registration fee IF I am accepted. (PLEASE do NOT apply unless you are 100% planning to accept your spot on the team and pay your registration fee if you are accepted. Thank you so much for respecting my time and yours).If I am accepted, I will pay my NONREFUNDABLE Model Team Registration Fee of $375. The registration fee must be paid in full and the contract signed before attending any team event. The team registration fee will NOT be pro-rated under any circumstances, even if joining late or missing any/all events or shoots. We also do not offer refunds for ANY reason.I understand that the Model Team season begins in late September 2021 and ends by early April 2022. There are two team shoots/events plus a Sedona Day Trip for an extra $50 travel fee included in my Registration Fee. Please note, Sedona must have a minimum number of participants confirmed for the event to happen.I understand I cannot shoot with ANY other photographer during my time on the MIHP Model Team Experience. The only exceptions are school photos, dance teams/sports teams, etc. You agree you will not promote, model for, photograph with or tag any professional OR aspiring photographer for promotion during my model team season.I understand that if the City or State of Arizona requires any kind of a lockdown, quarantine, mask wearing/etc, MIHP must follow that law and will not be shooting during that time. However, we will do our best to make up a shoot missed during that time. No refunds or pro-rated amounts will be given.I am ready for a fun, AMAZING and unforgettable experience with Make It Happen Photography and my new team!
