If you are requesting to unfreeze your membership before your next billing date, you may see a small pro-rated charge added to your next instalment. The pro-rated charge is NOT an "extra charge" or "penalty" for unfreezing your membership, the pro-rated charge is simply to account for the days of access between your unfreeze date and your next billing date.
