Position Summary:
Supervises all Front Office operations to ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Supervises Front Office staff and assists with greeting guests, checking guests in and out, handling guest requests and complaints, and handling group check-ins. Enforce hotel practices to ensure guest satisfaction is met.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at least 2 - 3 years of Hotel Front Desk experience. Must possess basic computer skills. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted, be on feet for long periods of time, and be able to work any day of the week.
