I understand that Sassie Cakes is not responsible for any damage to cake once it has left our facility. I understand that the cake must be transported on the floor board of the car or on a flat surface such as the rear of an suv or hatchback. Cake should never be transported on someones lap or seat of a car. Cake must be kept at a temperature no greater than 75 degrees at all times. Cake should always be served at room temperature for best taste.*
