By signing this form you are acknowledging and agreeing that you are only permitted to work on-campus for a maximum of twenty (20) hours per week. In some cases, international students are permitted to work off-campus and/or for more than twenty (20) hours per week, but prior approval from the International Affairs Office is required before doing so.
The International Affairs Office can terminate the SEVIS record of any international student found to be working off-campus and/or for more than 20 hours per week without prior approval. It is the responsibility of each international student to manage his or her work schedule to abide by the policies and regulations set forth by the United States government.
