I research cruises, hotels/resorts, tours, include excursions and add trip protection (optional) to meet your specific needs. We contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth of a vacation as possible. All vacations arranged through Eternal Passion Travel offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation.

Trip Protection

Decline - By declining cancellation insurance, (I/we) elect to waive the valuable Optional TripProtection (OTP) that has been offered to (me/us). (I/we) understand that(I/we) will NOT be covered for any losses, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, etc. and/or supplier/airlines cancellation penalties of 100% of the trip that may incur from the time of my initial payment and may continue through my last date of travel. Scheduled/Published Airfares are not covered and are100% Non-refundable & non-transferable. In addition to the supplier/airline cancellation penalties/fees Eternal Passion Travel will charge a fee for: Reservation change -$50.00 per person; Re-booking-$75.00 per person-must be paid prior to change). Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. (Covers administrative cost and services rendered in producing a booking.) I/we) agree (I/we) will not conduct credit card chargebacks on reservation. The Agency fee(s) are in addition to any supplier/airlines/resort/hotel fees and are not covered under the OTP. All payments and fees to be submitted via Cash App (cash.me/$BeverlyVThomas) or Pay Pal to (info@eternalpassiontravel.com) "SUBMIT" will direct you to Pay Pal. (if you prefer Cash App, just back out of Pay Pal and process through Cash App) If you are unsure of your deposit amount contact us: info@eternalpassiontravel.com and mention your group name in the subject line.

Terms/Conditions

I/We understand that by submitting this contract form I agree to the terms and conditions of this Trip. I agree to pay the amount given in accordance with my selected decision on the requiredd forms. All payments are non-transferable. I understand that EVERY country has the right to refuse entry to any traveler who owes back child support, has a DUI, DWI or any type of felony; IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES. TRINITY 1 TRAVEL LLC dba ETERNAL PASSION TRAVEL is acting as a mere agent for suppliers (may be identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, cruises, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members. Unless the term "GUARANTEED" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the Travel Agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, CONTACT THE TRAVEL ADVISORY SECTION OF THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT,(202) 647-5225. FOR MEDICAL INFORMATION CONTACT THE U.S. CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC), (404) 332 4559. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions; travel insurance coverage is available at an extra cost through this travel agency. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents here to his/her travel companions or group members. - Passports are required to fly into another country. Passports are optional when a cruise leaves from the US and returns to the US. Highly recommended incase you are separated from your cruise/group/travel partner/illness and must be flown back to the US, you could be refused entrance. www.tsa.gov
