Waiver of Liability

In consideration of my volunteering at The Kids Dash and Hue-man Race, I for myself, my heirs and administrators, forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights demands and claims for damages and causes or suit or action for causes, known or unknown that I might have against any and all participation sponsors, contributors, directors, officers and agents of such parties for any and all injuries and damages in any manner arising or resulting from my volunter participation in The Kids Dash and Hue-man Race, excepting intentional conduct. I attest and verify that if I have medical or emergency expenses in the event of accident, illness or other incapacity regardless of whether I have authorized those expenses, they are my responsibility, and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. Pictures of the event and names of the participants may be on the kidzonefoundation.org website or facebook page following the event. I grant persission to any and all the foregoing to use my likeness taaken in connection to this event.
