Please upload your player roster now in the fact that a college coach, recruiter, or scout decides to contact one of your players. Players roster should include players first & last name, email address, phone number, and home mailing address. File should be in Microsoft Word, Excel, or a PDF. This is important for recruiting services and college coaches. If you do not have a roster to upload, then you may bring it the day of the tournament or not bring it at all.

Please list scheduling restrictions. Due to the high volume of teams, please consider helping us by being flexible and not listing any restrictions to make the tourney flow easier. Nonetheless, if you do have scheduling restrictions, please list them below in full detail.

I understand that the AAU Director will email me the tourney machine link with game times and location no later than 12pm noon on Tuesday the week of the tournament. I also understand that game times can change before and during the tournament and I must check the Tourney Machine app before the start of games.

I understand that my team/club is not guaranteed a spot until final payment has been made. I have read and agreed to the Medical Agreement terms found on the RTB website. I also understand that there are no refunds due to the high volume of teams participating. I understand that the cancellation of teams has an effect on all participants (teams, parents, players, etc) which requires the AAU director to perform more work than necessary. I also understand that if my team cannot make the tournament, I must notify the AAU director at least 5 days prior to the event. If my team(s) cannot make the scheduled event, I will not receive a refund, however my funds will be applied to a future RTB National Super 64 Exposure Showcase tournament.*

I understand and acknowledge that COVID-19 is still active and contagious. I understand and acknowledge that there are potential risks of contracting COVID-19 if I allow my student-athletes (AAU teams, clubs, organizations, etc) to participate in the Ricky Taylor Basketball National Super 64 Exposure Showcase, an AAU basketball tournament.

I understand that Ricky Taylor Basketball and it’s coaches/employees will be following all Hamilton County Policies, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) guidelines/recommendations including, but not limited to, social distancing as a precaution against spreading COVID-19, and will not hold Ricky Taylor Basketball, or it’s employees/coaches responsible and/or Ricky Taylor Basketball liable if my student-athlete contracts COVID-19.
