Further Contractual Provisions:

The undersigned individuals, both being of sound mind & competency, and without having received threats, agree with & will adhere to all Provisions, Clauses, Terms, Conditions, Items, Notes, Tasks, Payments, Durations, Permissions, Procedures, Responsibilities, and the like herein this contract.

Once the Client signs this contract, it must be returned to the Provider via the submit button hereinafter of the time of signing hereinafter.

All dates/times herein this contract use, and are to use, the Provider's Time Zone of PST (GMT-8, America/Los_Angeles). Said standardization of time will be for all contractual starting (e.g. initiations) & ending points (e.g. deadlines), and any/all aforementioned contractual responsibilities, whether they be of the Provider or of the Client.

(§10)Signatories:
(a)(i)This contract is void ab initio if the Client puts forth falsified/incorrect information (ii)or fails to send a copy of this contract with their signature to the Provider via Niteflirt® within 2 days (48 hours) of their signing hereinafter.

(b)(i)The below signatories, as being the legally bound parties concerned herewith, are in full willful & mutual agreement, (ii)without threats of violence, coercion, or disclosure (iii)(while not including statements made for the obvious intention of Adult Roleplaying Services/Entertainment), with this contract, (iv)acknowledge the possible implications, and (v)recognize the allocated authorities & duties granted/given herein.

In signing below, you (as the "Client" to/of this Contract) affirm that you, on your part, are entering into a Legally Binding Contractual Agreement with the aforementioned Provider of this Contract, being the other party to your own.

Delivery (herein set as the "time of sending" and NOT the "time of receipt") of said verification must be done by the Provider within 12 hours of their time/date of signing herein. Transgression of said timeframe will automatically & immediately void the concerned contract in its entirety.
