MASSACHUSETTS MOTORCYCLE RIDER DISCRIMINATION FORM
It has come to our attention that business establishments in Massachusetts may be discriminating against motorcyclists. Please carry copies of this form with you at all times.

Discrimination can range from a sign stating “No Colors”, “No Motorcycle Parking”, “No Motorcycle Attire”, to the rider being asked to leave a place of business or event just because they are on a motorcycle or wearing riding apparel. If anything like this happens to you, PLEASE fill out this form in its entirety online, or mail it to the address noted below. Your Massachusetts Motorcycle Association cannot gain sponsorship for “equal access” legislation without evidence of this type of discrimination.
