The ICCC Constitution Change Request Form is filled out by the individual who identifies the need for a change to the ICCC Constitution and submits this form electronically to the Constitution Committee in accordance with the change control process. The Constitution Committee will review impacts of the change within approved constraints. If the change request is viable and relevant it will be forwarded to the Executive Board for further review and General Body vote. The change requester will be informed of the status form the Constitution Committee after the review process.
