Transcript / Records Requests

This form is for Compass Charter Schools Students and Alumni
Schools requesting student records, please email your request to records@compasscharters.org

Transcript Information
- Please allow 10 business days to process all transcript requests
- Any outstanding school debts need to be cleared in order for records to be released
- Transcripts will be mailed to the address provided by the requestor
School Record Information
- Please allow 5 business days to process all records requests
- Per school policy, scholar records are only available to authorized student contacts
- If the scholar is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the scholar's written consent
