Due to end-of-year processing, all requests for grades, transcripts, and report cards submitted at this time will be processed after final report cards are finalized on June 15.

If you need records before June 15 and do not require Spring semester grades to be included, please indicate this in the Comments/Notes section of your request form.

Report cards and unofficial transcripts are available to all currently enrolled scholars through the Student Portal

- Please allow 5 business days for all records requests to be processed
- Please allow 10 business days to process all transcript requests
- Student records are only released to authorized contacts on file
- Scholars who are 18 years of age or older must submit their own requests
- This is an official request for a copy of a student's record. The information included in this request is confidential and should be handled in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations.
