MEMBERSHIP RULES
1. Be Nice.
2. Promise NEVER to conduct any fraudulent or negitive business activity involving any fellow member of the Breakfast Club.
3. Membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older.
By joining the Breakfast Club, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Consent to Recording: I understand and consent to the recording of audio and video during Breakfast Club events. I acknowledge that these recordings may include my image, voice, and likeness.
Use of Recordings: I understand that the Breakfast Club may use these recordings for promotional and informational purposes related to the Breakfast Club events and activities. I acknowledge that the Breakfast Club does not sell the recorded content.
Release of Liability: I release the Breakfast Club, its organizers, representatives, and affiliates from any liability associated with the recording and use of audio and video recordings during Breakfast Club events.
Waiver of Rights: I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the recorded materials and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these recordings.
By joining the Breakfast Club mailing list, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
Information gathered from Merk's Breakfast Club/ ItsJustBreakfast.club shall be handled with all confidentiality terms and conditions.
