    All campus housing closes for Spring Break. However, we do offer limited campus housing for a select group of students who are unable to travel home for break. All students (except athletes required by their coach to be on campus) MUST submit a request to remain on campus for any part of break between March 7-March 14. There is no housing charge for students who qualify for one of the following reasons: athletes (coaches will submit team rosters), students enrolled in a for-credit class, or participating in a for-credit internship, married students, full-time grad students, students employed on campus, working 3 or more days, and students who live internationally. Students may request housing for reasons other than those listed, and if approved will be charged a $50 processing fee. Students living in campus housing without approval from the Residence Life Office are subject to a fine of $100 a day and may be asked to move off campus. Requests received and approved after February 23 will incur a $50 administrative fee and the $50 processing fee if applicable. MEAL PLANS END WITH DINNER ON FRIDAY, MARCH 6 AND RESUME WITH DINNER ON SATURDAY, MARCH 14.

  • If you are approved for break housing and your plans change and you do not need housing for any part of break, you must email residence.life@wheaton.edu by noon on Friday, March 6 or your account will be billed a $50 administrative fee.
